The elaboration of Aszú wine (teardrop wine) is a meticulous process that requires a lot of patience and extensive knowledge. It is only possible in good vintages, when nature ensures rains at the end of summer and a sunny and windy period into autumn, essential conditions for the process of formation of noble grains triggered by Botrytis cinerea.
