Johnny Walker
In the year it was 1819, John Walker's father had just died. A rocky start for a humble country boy...that's what you may be thinking, but there was something special about John, he had a talent for business and he had a talent for whiskey to boot.
In those days, most shops and grocery stores offered a line of single malts, but these whiskeys weren't very consistent. This was not good enough for John, who began blending them so that his whiskey had a unique and enduring flavor that remains to this day.
